Will a smart thermostat work with my system?
Most systems can use one, but some thermostats need a C-wire, which is a constant power wire, and heat pumps need the right settings. We check your system and wiring before we install.
Could my thermostat be why my AC won't turn on?
Sometimes. Dead batteries, a wrong setting or a loose wire can stop the system. Check the batteries and make sure it's set to Cool. If it still won't start, call or text us.
